Advantages and Features
1. Real-time display of 3-phase voltage/frequency for dual power supplies. Panel keys allow configuration of power priority (1#/2#/no priority), automatic/manual mode, and transfer logic.
2. Pulse-based output for breaking/closing operations. Relay contacts (1#CLOSE/2#CLOSE/OPEN) support 5A AC25V; generator start relay (GENS START) supports 7A AC250V/DC28V. All contacts are passive.
3. Independent dual N-line design to ensure electrical isolation and safety compliance.
4. Supports automatic/manual mode switching. Manual mode enables panel key control. A “force open” input port forces ATS to break position (if applicable).
5. Panel LEDs display real-time ATS status. Programmable relays (AUX.OUTPUT1/2) enable external power supply control.
6. Modular flame-retardant ABS shell with pluggable terminals. Compact embedded installation for space efficiency and ease of maintenance.

Operating Panel description
●Manual mode
Press the 0 key:The manual status indicator Go is on and the controller is in the manual state.
Press the O key:circuit l closing relay output if circuit l closing indicator lights up,it means circuit lI on load.
Press the a key:circuit ll closing relay output, if circuit ll closing indicator lights up,it means circuit ll on load.
Press the ◎ key:switch relay output,if l and ll closing indicatorlights are not on,it means switch off.
●Auto Mode
Press the 0 key, auto mode indicator light o is on,controller is in auto mode, the ATS will "CLOSE"or"OPEN" according to the status of #Ⅰand # Ⅱ power supply.
It will transfer according to the pre-set priority if #Ⅰ and # Ⅱ are both normal. If there is no priority, ATS will choose the current under working power supply until it gets abnormal snd ATS will transfer to the other power supply automatically.

FAQ
Question 1: How to configure dual power supply priorities and switching logic?
Priority Configuration: Use the control panel buttons to set power priority modes: “Priority to Source 1,” “Priority to Source 2,” or “No Priority.”
Switching Logic:
Auto Mode: Automatic switching based on preset conditions (e.g., voltage/frequency anomalies).
Manual Mode: Force-switch between sources via panel buttons.
Emergency Control: A “Forced Disconnect” input port allows immediate ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) disconnection for maintenance or fault scenarios.
Question 2: How is the load capacity of relay output interfaces designed? Why use passive contacts?
Load Capacity:
Circuit Control Relays (1#CLOSE/2#CLOSE/OPEN): 5A AC25V, suitable for low-power control circuits (e.g., contactor coils).
Generator Start Relay (GENS START): 7A AC250V/DC28V, designed for high-power equipment startup.
Passive Contacts:
Enhances compatibility by allowing integration with external power control circuits.
Reduces internal system interference risks.
Question 3: What are the advantages of an independent dual-neutral (N-line) design?
Electrical Isolation: Dual neutral lines prevent shared-ground interference or short circuits caused by potential differences.
Safety Compliance: Meets international standards (e.g., IEC 60947), ensuring insulation integrity during faults.
Maintenance Efficiency: Isolated design simplifies troubleshooting and allows maintenance on one power source without interrupting the other.
