ATS Assembly Center

The globally recognized SKT and ASKQ series Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) by AISIKAI are manufactured right here in this state-of-the-art workshop. These flagship products are trusted by customers across the world for their outstanding reliability and performance.
One of the key factors behind our consistent product quality is our advanced manufacturing process. The use of automatic screw-tightening machines ensures each unit is assembled with precision, minimizing human error and delivering highly consistent quality. The welding room equipped with automatic welding machines ensures the ATS "brain" control boards are produced with exceptional quality and zero defect rate. Furthermore, the circuit boards undergo rigorous aging tests for enhanced reliability and performance. Our smart testing lines rigorously inspect each unit before delivery.
From component assembly to final testing, every step is optimized for efficiency and excellence—because we believe great products come from great processes.
Switchgear Assembly Center

Specializes in the assembly of various electrical cabinets. Aisikai produces cabinets ranging from 400V to 40.5kV, including MNS, GCS, GGD, KN28, low-voltage power compensation, integrated distribution boxes, metering boxes, and other electrical cabinets.
ACB Assembly Center

Circuit breakers from 630A to 6300A are assembled here. The process includes material assembly, partial assembly, and final assembly, followed by comprehensive electronic testing and current characteristics calibration, ensuring all products pass before packaging and shipment.
VCB Assembly Center

The VCB manufacturing facility employs advanced semi-automated production lines and computer-controlled testing systems. Our vacuum circuit breakers meet industry benchmarks for reliability and performance.
MCCB & MCB Assembly Center

Our modern MCCB and MCB workshops feature professional production lines with advanced automation and strict quality control. Using cutting-edge technology, we manufacture high-performance circuit breakers that meet international standards. With skilled engineers and efficient production management, we deliver top-tier electrical protection products trusted by clients worldwide.
Machining Center

Copper and iron raw materials are processed here, including cutting, stamping, and forming. Components such as moving and static contacts, bases, and supports are produced, followed by treatments like silver plating, galvanizing, nickel-plating, blackening, and powder coating before being returned as finished parts for assembly.
Testing Center

Equipped with labs for material performance, electromagnetic compatibility, mechanical life, and temperature rise testing. All raw materials undergo rigorous testing for properties like conductivity, spring tension, motor torque, and silver layer thickness. Regular full-product performance checks ensure consistency, including mechanical life, temperature rise, vibration, and environmental testing.
