On February 7, 2026, Jiangsu AISIKAI Electric Co., Ltd. successfully concluded its 2025 Annual Gala and Outstanding Employee Awards Ceremony in a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere, under the theme “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration · Explore New Blue Oceans · Chart a Grand Vision.”
This day marked not only the 19th anniversary of AISIKAI's founding, but also a shared celebration for all AISIKAI people—a moment to honor the past, celebrate the present, and look ahead to the future.
From its humble beginnings on February 7, 2007, to its steady growth and maturity on February 7, 2026, AISIKAI has spent 19 years writing a remarkable story of perseverance and progress. This annual gathering was both a heartfelt reflection on our original mission and a solemn commitment to the road ahead.
At the opening of the gala, Mr. Li Fei, General Manager of the company, delivered an inspiring speech centered on the theme of “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration.” He reviewed AISIKAI’s 19-year journey through challenges and achievements—from technological breakthroughs and market expansion to team development and brand building—each step reflecting the company’s core values of customer-centricity and innovation-driven growth.
Mr. Li stated with conviction:
“Our original aspiration remains unwavering, and our mission rests firmly on our shoulders. AISIKAI’s achievements today are the result of the wisdom and dedication of every employee. Looking ahead, our future calls for unity and shared effort as we explore new markets together.”
The conference then moved into the much-anticipated awards ceremony.
Honors including Best Newcomer Award, Most Improved Employee Award, Best Performance Award, Best Dedication Award, Best Loyalty Award, Sales Champion Award, Best Team Award, AISIKAI Star of the Year, and Ten-Year Service Award were announced one by one.
Each award recipient embodies the spirit of AISIKAI—demonstrating responsibility through action and illuminating dreams through perseverance. As winners stepped onto the stage holding their trophies, thunderous applause filled the hall, paying tribute not only to individual achievements but also to the collective strength of the team.
Employee representative Ding Juan delivered a heartfelt speech, sharing:
“From inexperience to maturity, from uncertainty to confidence, AISIKAI has taught me not only professional skills, but also the wisdom of life.”
Jiang Xinhua, another employee representative, echoed the sentiments of many:
“Here, I have gained growth and found a true sense of belonging. In the future, we will continue to grow together with the company.”
Employee representative Xu Xia reflected on her journey since joining AISIKAI in 2012. By sharing her experience of independently completing her first overseas order, she highlighted the vital role of team support in personal breakthroughs, expressing sincere gratitude for the platform the company provides.
The signing ceremony for the 2026 Departmental Target Responsibility Agreements brought the event to a climax. Department heads formally signed their commitments, symbolizing responsibility and mission.
Mr. Li emphasized:

During the banquet, performances, lucky draws, and interactive games followed one another in lively succession.
The dance performance “Horse Year Style” energized the audience, while recitations such as “I Love Going to Work” and “Three-Line Comedy” brought laughter. Songs like “Run,” “The Future of the Future,” and the sign-language performance “Grateful Heart” pushed the evening to its peak.
Lucky draw winners took home exciting prizes, including home appliances and gift cards. Team games such as “Hands in a Tangle” and “Rolling in Wealth” showcased the lively and humorous side of AISIKAI’s electrical professionals, filling the venue with applause and laughter.
A special segment featured two videos that deeply moved the audience. A song video adapted from “A Team Like Ours” paid tribute to AISIKAI
development history, expressing courage in facing challenges and determination to move forward together.
Another video, featuring birthday wishes from employees who joined AISIKAI each year since 2007, brought many to tears.
As the birthday song played, the 19th anniversary cake was slowly brought onto the stage. Everyone sang together and made a shared wish for lasting success and renewed brilliance. In that moment, past, present, and future converged.
