The SKQ1 series CB Class intelligent dual power automatic transfer switch (ATS) is a critical component designed to ensure uninterrupted power supply in emergency scenarios. As a molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) type ATS, it integrates a robust molded case circuit breaker with an advanced line controller, forming a reliable system for power transfer between primary and backup power sources.
At its core, the SKQ1 MCCB Type ATS utilizes a state-of-the-art microprocessor control system, engineered for precision and stability. Its electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design enhances its resistance to electrical interference, enabling long-term stable operation even in complex electrical environments. This makes it an ideal solution for applications where power continuity is non-negotiable, as it minimizes downtime during power source exchange.
· Equipped with a microprocessor-based control system, the switch ensures accurate detection of power anomalies (e.g., voltage fluctuations, outages) and triggers automatic transfer between power sources with minimal delay.
· High anti-interference performance is achieved through EMC design, protecting the system from electromagnetic disturbances common in industrial and commercial settings.
· Mechanical durability is highlighted by a mechanical service life of up to 10,000 cycles (for SKQ1-125) and electrical service life of 5,000 cycles, ensuring long-term reliability.
· Operates within a temperature range of -5℃ to 40℃, with a 24-hour average temperature not exceeding 35℃, making it suitable for diverse climatic conditions.
· Withstands relative humidity of ≤50% at 40℃; higher humidity is acceptable at lower temperatures, provided condensation from temperature variations is managed.
· Designed for use at altitudes ≤2000m and installation category IV, ensuring performance stability in high-elevation regions.
· Allows a maximum inclination angle of 23 degrees, offering flexibility in installation scenarios.
· Built with a pollution level III rating, protecting internal components from conductive dust and contaminants.
· Features rated short-time withstand voltage (Icw) of 10kA to 12.6kA and rated short-circuit making capacity (Icm) of 17kA to 25.2kA, ensuring safe operation during short-circuit events.
The SKQ1 MCCB Type Automatic Transfer Switch(ATS) is engineered for scenarios requiring uninterrupted power, making it indispensable in:
· Industrial Facilities: Power plants, manufacturing plants, and mining operations, where production halts due to power loss can lead to significant losses.
· Critical Infrastructure: Hospitals, data centers, and telecommunications hubs, where power interruptions risk life-saving equipment failure or data loss.
· Commercial Buildings: Shopping malls, hotels, and office complexes, ensuring lighting, HVAC, and security systems remain operational during outages.
· Emergency Services: Fire stations, police headquarters, and emergency response centers, where continuous power supports rapid deployment.
· New Energy Systems: Integrates with solar farms and wind power installations to switch between renewable and grid power seamlessly.

Precaution
1.the plug of the charged plug controller is forbidden, otherwise the electric shock or the product will be damaged.
2.non professional personnel are prohibited from operation or maintenance, otherwise the danger of electric shock or damage to the product will be caused.
3.load capacity shall not exceed the rated capacity of the switch, otherwise the switch will be removed or burned.
4.The zero line (N)should not be connected to the phase line. The input of two circuit breakers must be the same. When the tree-level circuit breaker is used, connect the common line power (NN)and backup neutral line (RN)1 foot(N), otherwise it will lead to switch damage, grounding should be reliable, to ensure safety.
5.Do not install directly in outdoor work, otherwise it will shorten the service life or cause adverse reactions.
6.Do not install directly on the place with conductive dust or wire intruding, otherwise it will cause damage to product or cause mechanical failure.
