The ASKM7ET Integrated Motor Operate Molded Case Circuit Breaker(MCCB) covers a current range from 63A to 800A.
ASKM7ET features electronically adjustable protection functions based on MCU technology. MCCB supports Manual and Electric opening and closing operations, and has a built-in undervoltage protection module.
It can be directly closed when receiving a closing signal after tripping. Its opening and closing actions are rapid, with the ability to perform real-time detection of curnent and voltage.
It can bo remotely controlled for opening and closing through external signals, and provides status feedback signal output. The MCCB has clear position indication for easy monitoring and maintenance.
· Electronic adjustable protection
Based on MCU microprocessor technology, it provides a precisely configurable three-stage protection function. This can be set on-site via the front knob:
Overload long-delay operating current (Ir) Short-delay operating current (Isd) Instantaneous tripping current (Ii)
· Undervoltage trip protection
Undervoltage protection action value ≤ AC160V, recovery value ≥ AC175V; Overvoltage protection action value ≥AC275V, recovery value ≤ AC260V;
Undervoltage release rated: 50Hz, AC230V / AC400V.
· Electric operation function
It supports electric opening and closing of the circuit breaker via external control signals.
· Three-phase voltage status indication
L1, L2, and L3 indicator lights monitor the input voltage in real time: green when normal and red when abnormal.
· Three-phase current monitoring and indication
The A, B, and C indicator lights monitor the load current in real time: green when normal and red when overloaded or abnormal.
· External signal interface
It provides an external control terminal to support receiving external control commands and has a status feedback signal output function.

· Condition monitoring and diagnosis: The front panel is equipped with indicator lights, which can monitor and display abnormal three-phase current and voltage status in real time, providing proactive fault warnings and status diagnosis, greatly simplifying daily inspection and troubleshooting processes, and significantly improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
· Attachment integration and extensibility: The modular integrated accessory terminal block design integrates auxiliary contacts, shunt trip signals and control wiring terminals into the same unit, providing ample wiring space and easy operation. It can significantly reduce the risk of missing or incorrect accessory orders, and effectively improve installation efficiency and operational reliability.
