Electrical Installation
Input Cable Selection
The cable of the this 7KW charging pile adopts single-phase three-wire system (L+N+PE).
The cable specification should be selected according to the actual on-site conditions(distance, laying method, etc.). Recommended specification: 3×6mm².
The crimping and installation of cable terminals shall be firm and reliable, and safegrounding must be ensured.
Before powering on, a systematic check shall be conducted to ensure all wiring is correct.
The standard configuration of this device does not include a built-in leakage protectiondevice. During installation, it is recommended to select a miniature circuit breaker withleakage protection.
Storage and Transportation
During transportation, the charging pile should be securely packed in a sturdy packagingbox with the loading and unloading directions clearly marked. It is prohibited to transportor store the charging pile upside down. Appropriate fastening measures should be takenduring transportation to prevent strong vibrations and bumps from damaging theequipment's outer packaging. Upon arrival, check for any damage. If there is damageduring transportation, consult with the transportation provider and our company to resolvethe issue. Immediately after unpacking, verify that the items in the box match the packinglist.
The packed equipment should be stored indoors at a relative humidity of ≤80% and anambient air temperature between -10°C and +40°C. The storage area should be dry, clean,and well - ventilated, and protected from various harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited tostore the equipment with corrosive items in the same place.
Maintenance
The charging pile should preferably be fixed with anchor bolts to prevent it from tilting or shaking due to external or human factors.
Provide sun - shading and rain - proof measures for the charging pile. It is recommended to install a rain shelter outdoors.
Regularly check whether all bolts inside the charging pile are tightened, and whether thereare any loose or poorly connected wires.
Check for short - circuit conditions.
Pay attention to lightning protection, ensuring effective shielding and reliable grounding of the charging pile.
During operation, try to keep the output voltage and current of the charging pile within the rated range to ensure it operates at maximum efficiency.
When the charging pile stops being used, first stop the charging output, then wind up the cable and put it back in place.
During transportation of the charging pile, pack it securely and mark the loading and unloading directions. It is forbidden to transport or store the charging pile upside down.
Appropriate fastening measures should be taken to prevent strong vibrations and bumps from damaging the equipment's outer packaging.

4. Why does a DC MCB trip frequently?
-Overload: Exceeds rated current (e.g., inverter inrush current).

-High Ambient Temperature: Poor ventilation (e.g., enclosed solar combiner boxes).
