Modular Control Unit
Before:
Exposed PCBs are more vulnerable to environment, increasing the failure rate.

Fully resin-sealed modular control unit- resistant to interference, moisture, dust and salt spray. Long service life, quick plug-and-play modular replace, available as spare parts, and lower mainternance costs.
Additional Protective Cover
Before:
The busbars are exposed, having risks of short-circuit due to foreign object intrusion and risks of electric shock.
Upgrade:
Provide protective covers on load side busbars for 63A-250A ATS, preventing foreign objects and accidental contact, and enhancing equipment safety.
Strong Rear Protective Cover
Before:
400A and 630A ATS do not have protective rear cover, while 800A to 3200A ATS use soft and transparent covers. The covers are prone to damage and the sealing is not sufficient.
Upgrade:
400A to 3200A Automatic Transfer Switches feature strong rear protective covers. The covers are sealed effectively to prevent foreign object intrustion-durable and tough.
Traceable Product ID
Before:
No product ID code marking.
Upgrade:
All models now have permanent product ID code markings for easy traceability and assured genuine factory quality.
