01 Exterior Design Upgrade

Old: Generic and outdated design.

 02 Control Unit Position Upgrade

Old: Scattered terminal layouts made onsite wiring complex, cluttered, and time-consuming, often interfering with secondary busbar arrangements.

New: Front-Mounted Control Units. Featuring a spacious wiring area with clear diagrams and numbered terminals. This design drastically improves accuracy and efficiency while maximizing cabinet space—making it the ideal solution for compact enclosures.

 03 Feedback Signal Wiring Method Upgrade

Old: Conventional limit switch wiring was complex and difficult to operate. It offered only basic position feedback with limited functionality and poor scalability.

New: Modular Feedback Design. Terminals support direct wiring for a fast, intuitive setup. Featuring independent contact outputs and a clean wiring architecture, this design significantly simplifies installation and maintenance while maximizing secondary wiring efficiency.

04 Inlet/Outlet Wiring Method Upgrade

Old: Rigid cabling options offered limited flexibility, often leading to increased wiring complexity and higher installation costs in practical applications.

New: Six-Way Flexible Cabling. Supporting all configurations including, including Top-In/Bottom-Out, Bottom-In/Top-Out, Top-In/Top-Out, and Bottom-In/Bottom-Out, this highly customizable design adapts to any onsite requirement. Integrated busbar shrouds are included as a standard feature, ensuring maximum operational safety.

 05 Performance Upgrade

Old: Utilization category limited to AC-33iA. Conventional arc chutes provide basic arc quenching but may lack the speed and efficiency required for demanding loads.

New: Performance Evolution to AC-33A. The entire range is upgraded to the AC-33A utilization category. Featuring an advanced arc chamber with a multi-plate, stepped metallic grid design, it ensures rapid and effective arc quenching. Engineered for long-term reliability, the system delivers a mechanical life of over 20,000 cycles and an electrical life exceeding 10,000 cycles.

 06 Control Signal Input Terminal Voltage Range & Protection Upgrade

Old: Fixed-voltage electromagnetic structures offered limited customization and restricted application scenarios. The interconnected PCB control units featured basic protection mechanisms, compromising both user experience and maintenance.

New: Wide-Voltage Electromagnetic Drive. Supporting a broad range from AC 175V to AC 280V, the control unit features integrated enhanced circuit protection with a maximum current capacity of 10A. This design effectively prevents control circuit damage from overcurrent or operational errors, ensuring long-term, stable operation of the switch.
