AISIKAI Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) were used in a 1600A Main Distribution Board (MDB) panel in Thailand for a large-scale power distribution application.
The customer-designed MDB panel incorporates multiple AISIKAI electrical components for automatic power transfer and circuit protection, including six 630A Automatic Transfer Switches and three MCCBs.
The project demonstrates a practical application of AISIKAI ATS products in Thailand, where automatic transfer equipment is integrated into a customized low-voltage power distribution system.
The 1600A MDB panel is equipped with:
AISIKAI 630A Automatic Transfer Switch × 6 sets
AISIKAI MCCB × 3 sets
The six 630A Automatic Transfer Switches are installed to provide automatic transfer between available power sources.
An Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) monitors the condition of the power sources and automatically transfers the connected load to an alternative source when the normal power supply becomes unavailable or abnormal. This makes ATS equipment an important part of backup power and critical power systems.
In this Thailand ATS application, the 630A automatic transfer switches are integrated directly into the customer's MDB panel design, providing automatic power transfer for different circuits within the distribution system.
An MDB panel typically combines several electrical components to manage and protect power distribution. In this project, the Automatic Transfer Switches and MCCBs perform different but complementary functions.
The ATS is responsible for automatic source transfer, while the MCCB provides circuit protection. Integrating both types of electrical equipment into the same MDB panel allows the system to handle automatic power transfer while protecting downstream circuits.
This type of configuration can be used in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure projects and other applications where reliable power distribution is required.
Thailand has a wide range of applications for Automatic Transfer Switches, including generator backup systems, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and power distribution panels. Local electrical suppliers and engineering companies also commonly specify ATS using the term “Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS).”
For projects requiring ATS in Thailand, the appropriate Automatic Transfer Switch needs to be selected according to rated current, number of poles, operating voltage, transfer requirements and system configuration.
AISIKAI provides Automatic Transfer Switch solutions covering different current ratings for low-voltage power transfer and distribution applications.
This 1600A MDB panel project in Thailand is an example of how AISIKAI 630A ATS units can be integrated into a customized power distribution system together with MCCBs.
AISIKAI manufactures Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) for backup power, power distribution and critical power applications.
From individual ATS switches to high-current automatic transfer solutions, AISIKAI products can be integrated into different types of electrical panels and power distribution systems.
The Thailand project shown above demonstrates one practical application of AISIKAI 630A Automatic Transfer Switches in a 1600A MDB panel.
