ASKM3L thermomagnetic leakage protection intelligent molded case circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as MCCB) is a new type of circuit breakerdesigned and developed by our company using international advanced technology. MCCB is suitable for the distribution network of AC 50Hz, ratedinsulation voltage 1000V, rated voltage 400V and rated current up to 630A. MCCB can be used for infrequent switching of lines and infrequent startingof motors.

MCCB has overload, short-circuit and under-voltage protection, can protect the line and power supply equipment from damage. Protection can alsobe provided against fire hazards that may be caused by long- standing ground faults that cannot be detected by over-current protection.

FAQ

1、What accessories can be installed?

Alarm contact, shunt release, auxiliary contact, undervoltage release, electric operating mechanism, manual operating mechanism, machine operating mechanism

2、What are the reasons for frequent tripping?

Possible causes include: excessive load, circuit short, unstable voltage, internal fault or improper trip setting.

3、Can this type of MCCB be used in DC circuits?

Currently only available for AC400/415V, AC660/690V.

4、What should I do if the MCCB can't close the brake?

Check whether overload or short circuit is not ruled out.

Check whether the operating mechanism is stuck.

Check whether the undervoltage trip and shunt trip are operational.

Check that the auxiliary contacts and interlocking mechanisms are correct.
